Product Usage
This product is an oil-based coating antioxidant (or anti‑skinning agent). Its high purity makes it suitable for synthesizing organosilicon crosslinking agents, silicone curing agents, and isocyanate blockers. During the storage of various alkyd paints, epoxy resins, and polyurethanes, it helps prevent skin formation and stabilize viscosity.
Physicochemical properties
At room temperature and atmospheric pressure, it is a colorless, transparent, clear, oily liquid; melting point: −29.5 °C; boiling point: 152–153 °C; density: 0.922 (20 °C).
Packaging and Storage & Transportation
This product is packaged and shipped in plastic‑steel drums, polyethylene blow‑molded drums, or high-density polyethylene drums, or transported by tank truck. It should be stored in a cool, dry place and kept away from heat sources.
Packaging Specifications
Packaged in inner steel drums, with a net weight of 190 kg per drum;
Packaged in polyethylene blow-molded drums, with a net weight of 180 kg per drum.
High-density polyethylene IBC packaging, with a net weight of 920 kg per drum.
